Q. WILL YOU COLLECT MY CAR?
Yes, we do offer a vehicle collection service.
Q. ARE THERE ANY TRANSACTION OR ADMIN FEES?
No, there are no fees. Unlike most other companies that may buy your car from you, there are NO HIDDEN EXTRAS.
Q. HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE PAYMENT FOR MY CAR?
You will receive payment via Bank Transfer when we collect your vehicle. Again, whilst most other companies will make you wait 4 days for payment,
we process an IMMEDIATE PAYMENT.
Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T ENTER FULL DETAILS OF MY CAR'S CONDITION?
If there are any discrepancies between your car and the details you gave us, or, if during the inspection, we discover something about the car that we didn't already know, we may have to change our valuation.
Q. WILL YOU BUY MY CAR AT THE PRICE QUOTED IN MY INITIAL VALUATION?
The price we quote initially is dependent on you providing full information regarding your car. We make our quote as accurate as possible but it's not until we see your car inspect it that we can offer you a final price for your car.
Q. WILL YOU BUY MY CAR IF THERE IS OUTSTANDING FINANCE ON IT?
Yes, we can settle the outstanding finance for you and pay you the balance after finance.
